Customers are required to provide accurate details while booking a service, including address and contact information. Once a booking is confirmed, our technician will visit the location to inspect the issue and provide a repair quote. Customers may choose to approve the quote to proceed with the service, or decline it and pay a standard visitation charge.
All services are delivered with care and professionalism; however, Morofi is not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damages at the customer's location. If spare parts are required, they will be arranged from the local market at an additional cost, and the final price may vary accordingly.
A limited warranty (if applicable) will be provided for certain services, covering only the specific work performed. Any misuse, external damage, or third-party interference will void the warranty.
Payments must be made immediately after service completion unless stated otherwise. Morofi reserves the right to update pricing, service offerings, and policies at any time without prior notice.
In case of cancellations, customers are advised to inform in advance; last-minute cancellations may attract a service charge.
